your universes,
and we are all together.

For tens of thousands of years, humans knew how to recover from life’s hurts. We cried, laughed, trembled, shook, sweated, and yawned our way back to clarity. These release valves are written into the body — the blueprint for resilience.
But over generations, we were made to hold it in. To stay composed. To push through. Shame has built up around our deepest instincts, until the very ways we’re designed to heal now feel embarrassing, weak, or wrong. And so the hurt lingers. We cope, we numb, we perform, we achieve — but inside, we’re heavy, stuck, and secretly wondering why it still feels like something is missing.
At School of Tears, we reclaim this birthright. Here, you’ll learn to move the stored hurt out of your body — not once in a breakthrough moment, but as a regular practice, like exercising a muscle. You’ll do it in connection with others, because no human thrives in isolation. And as you clear the weight you’ve been carrying, you’ll be ready to learn to quiet the mind and build your vision. You’ll begin to move through life relaxed, with clarity, purpose, and the radical permission to actually enjoy it.

One-on-one & Couples Counseling
Sometimes we need focused, one-way time — whether we're processing something big or working through a pattern we keep hitting.
I support people in healing parent–child dynamics, strained or estranged friendships, and partnerships of all kinds. I work with individuals, parents, and couples who are ready not just to thrive — but to thrive reliably.

Re-evaluation Counseling Classes
We were left alone with hard feelings often as kids — we don’t need to repeat that pattern. Healing is easier and deeper in connection. Don’t do it alone!
In peer counseling, you learn to move your feelings, and gain the skills to support others. RC democratizes therapy — making healing accessible, reciprocal, and human.
Think of it like a group fitness class instead of a personal trainer: lower cost, shared energy, and built-in connection with people who want what you want.

School of Tears
We are not meant to heal alone. Yes, our inner work is ultimately our own—but when we are held inside a web of consistent care and unwavering belief from others, our courage expands. Being truly accompanied offers perspective, resilience, and strength we simply cannot generate in isolation.
Cohort of 10 learning emotional release work in a peer counseling community container + somatic practices for returning to the body and centering + frameworks for goal setting to move tangible pieces of our lives forward as we heal + weekly practice sessions.
